Aneel Waraich, MBA
Managing Director
Mr. Waraich is the founder of ATMA Capital Markets and a financial services professional with progressive experience in both the asset management and corporate finance businesses. In previous roles at Goodman and Company Investment Counsel and Dundee Capital Markets he worked as an analyst valuating private equity companies. Most recently Aneel worked as an investment banker focusing on deal origination, going-public transactions and financings for both public and private companies in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Waraich completed his MBA from the Goodman Institute of Investment Management at the John Molson School of Business and is currently a level III candidate in the CFA ® program (2012).

Jim Pimblett, MBA
Mr. Pimblett is a partner at Beaconsfield Group, a leading advisory firm that provides specialized management consulting services to health and life sciences organizations. He is a corporate strategy consultant with extensive communications and stakeholder relations experience. He has worked with industry, governments (foreign and domestic), and civil society to deliver high quality projects that make a difference. Jim has served three leaders of progressive Canadian political parties in senior roles and has extensive knowledge of government, including many of its most senior officials across Canada. His previous work experience includes Chief of Staff for the office of the Right Honorable Paul Martin former Prime Minister of Canada and executive assistant to the Prime Minister. Mr. Pimblett has also worked with Mr. Martin and other eminent public figures to develop a new strategic plan for the African Development Bank and helped establish the governance model for a $200MM international sustainable development and poverty alleviation fund. Mr. Pimblett holds an MBA from Queen's University.
Arinder Mahal, MBA, CFA
Mr. Mahal is a co-founder and CEO of 4Front Capital Partners, an independent investment bank. Prior to founding 4Front Capital Partners, Arinder was with Dundee Capital Markets where he was the head of Technology and Cleantech investment banking. At Dundee, Arinder was involved in financing both public and private companies and advised technology companies on strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Dundee’s investment banking team, Arinder was a ranked equity analyst covering Canadian and U.S. technology companies. Arinder started his professional career as an engineer at Nortel Networks and then moved on to Deloitte Consulting where he spent five years advising clients on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operational and capital restructuring. Arinder also founded and headed a software company and was a senior executive at a mobile software company where he headed business development and strategic initiatives. Arinder is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a B.Eng in electrical engineering from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
Amul Waraich, CD
Mr. Waraich is a co-founder of ATMACORP Ltd. He has gained extensive experience in the public sector, serving as a commissioned Army Signals officer in the Canadian Forces. A seasoned leader, operational planner and resource manager, Mr. Waraich has considerable international operational experience with the CF, NATO, and the UN, including military deployments to Bosnia-i-Herzegovina, Afghanistan, and Sudan. Amul is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (RMCC) where he earned a BEng (Computer Engineering). He is currently pursuing part-time studies in the RMCC Masters of Public Administration (MPA) programme.
